Due to the current Covid-19 situation, government guidelines and us in the Tier 4 we have revised the delivery of our services. It is very important to us as an organisation, to protect the safety of our service users, beneficiaries, volunteers and staff.
We will continue with our services, but in a modified manner.
The ESOL Classes and Digital Skills sessions will take place via virtual and online classrooms. Please get in touch if you are struggling with data to access the class.
The food and essentials services through our app will continue as usual and you can place the order either for collection and for delivery. If you have chosen a time slot for collection please ensure on arrival you ring us on our contact number 07786462333 or our free helpline number 0800 999 1876. Please wear a mask and be prepared to sanitise hands on arrival. Only one person at a time can access the centre for collection. This service is expected to be busy and your patience will be highly appreciated in this regard.
The domestic abuse service will continue with appointment only. We will be keeping you updated.
Our staff will be in the office but we will not be able to allow you access to the centre without prior arrangement. We will be able to answer your calls and emails in due course.
As the transmission rate of this new strain is much higher we are taking the situation very seriously and feel this is the most responsible course of action. We will review again in the coming weeks and will keep you updated.
