Transforming Lives with Being Woman
Our flagship offering, the UBUNTU Clubs, are tailored to meet the emerging needs of skills development and increasing access to opportunities. Each club:
- Runs for 12 weeks.
- Provides participants with the flexibility to choose from six modules out of a selection of eight, developed in collaboration with FutureLearn.
- Operates using a hybrid delivery model, combining online and in-person sessions. This model ensures accessibility for participants across Northumberland, where ethnic communities are geographically dispersed.
- Encourages autonomy, choice, and flexibility to meet the diverse needs of participants.
