A Neuro-Inclusive Toolkit for Operational Excellence
This toolkit is the culmination of a year of deep dialogue, research, and collaboration within the EDI Network, led by Being Woman and proudly supported by Thriving Together Northumberland.
These modules were co-created with our dedicated volunteers and network members. Every strategy, worksheet, and guide has been shaped by the lived experiences and authentic insights of individuals who navigate the workplace with neurodivergent minds and diverse perspectives every day.
We urge all partnering organisations, whether public, private, or third sector, to not only download these resources but to actively practice them within your teams. True inclusion happens when we move beyond awareness and into the structural redesign of how we work.
Feel free to download the complete resource as a single PDF, or select specific modules below to suit your current needs.
Note: People change, their support needs shift, and their environments fluctuate. What a team member needs today may be different next month. Inclusion is an ongoing practice of checking in, not a one-time "check-box" exercise. Some needs are quiet, subtle, or hard to articulate. We encourage a culture of "Psychological Safety" where it is safe to say, "I’m not sure what I need yet, but I know the current way isn't working."
